PRIVACY STATEMENT: All information that is given to us on this site is used internally by Peerless. We do NOT give, sell, show, loan or even talk about your personal information with anyone. Your personal information includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information.

Terms and Conditions
Sales Tax
All orders shipped within the State of Indiana will have 6% sales tax added.

Shipping
Customer pay for all shipping as billed by Peerless via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. Customer handled shipping upon special request only.

Damage Returns or Credit.
Peerless will insure all shipment to the customer upon request. We strongly recommend considering this option due the inherent breakage factor of ceramic and glass products. Peerless does not guarantee replacement of breakage and will not replace without proper insured values.

Customer must notify Peerless within 24 hours of receiving the damaged tiles or glass and complies with the requests made by Peerless to insure proper claims with Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. The customer must retain all packaging material and the broken tiles and may be requested to return these products upon request.
Disclaimer:

Please remember that we can not exactly match the colors on the tile and glass to the colors on your computer monitor screen or print from your printer. Your computer monitor and printers have their own settings for how colors are portrayed and every monitor and printer is different. We can not match exact hues of colors and there will be subtle differences on the tiles from what you see on your computer monitor or print from your printer. Peerless will provide a sample tile for color match free of charge only if customer pays packaging and freight charges. Even then the full size product may still have slight variations as described above.
